Text Messaging

Text messages will be sent to you if you include your mobile phone number on the submitted form. You are responsible for any fees from your phone service provider that are associated with receiving text messages from our service. If you change your mobile number you are responsible for notifying us so we can continue sending alerts to you. You may opt out of receiving text messages by emailing us at info@snowflakeair.com. Include your name and mobile number along with the message “opt out of text messaging”.

Product Pricing and Availability

In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, import or other error or an error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any subscriptions placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed. We reserve the right to revise, suspend, or terminate an event or promotion at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that all products described on our site will be available on the delivery date you select. In the case products are not available you will be notified and may choose to cancel your subscription or change the date to accommodate availability of the products.

Collection of Payment

You agree to pay the amount specified as the “Total Price” according to your form subscription. You agree to pay the amount in full at the time of delivery or installation, by either paying through our online system or mailing a check to:

There are no returns or refunds except in the case where the product is damaged on receipt.

Subscription

You are signing up for a subscription service in which the service will perpetuate until it is cancelled. In the event you want to cancel your subscription you shall notify Snowflake Air by phone (208-205-9078) or email (info@snowflakeair.com) seven calendar days prior to your scheduled delivery or installation, otherwise you will be charged the full payment amount at your next service date.

Submissions to the Site

If you submit any information to our site (“Submissions”), you agree not to (1) post or transmit anything that is defamatory, abusive, libelous, unlawful, obscene, threatening, harassing, fraudulent, pornographic, or harmful, or that could encourage criminal or unethical behavior, (2) submit or upload anything that violates the copyright or intellectual property rights of any person or entity. Snowflake Air shall have the irrevocable license and right to use Submissions for its business purposes, including, but not limited to email or other marketing. You are responsible for making sure all Submissions that you originate or require are properly backed up so you have ready access thereto in the event of loss, corruption or interruption.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Snowflake Air harmless from and against all third-party claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) against or incurred by Snowflake Air arising out of filters not being delivered to you on the date requested.

Representations and Warranties

You represent and warrant to Snowflake Air that: (a) you are over the age of eighteen and have the power and authority to enter into and perform your obligations under this Agreement; (b) all information provided by you to Snowflake Air is truthful, accurate and complete; and (c) you shall comply with all terms of service as set forth herein.
